Robert Whitcher is an Information Security and IT professional with over 30 years experience within the IT industry and over 20 years experience in Information Security and Privacy. He is currently the Global Product Manager for IT Service Management (ISO/IEC 20000), Information Security Management (ISO/IEC 27001) and Business Continuity (BS 25999) within the British Standards Institution (BSI). Before joining BSI Rob was employed by BT Syntegra as a security consultant and primarily worked on the Integrated Care Records Service (ICRS) NHS project.
Rob has previously held the position of Information Security Manager for IBM Europe, Middle East and Africa and was a CLAS consultant in the UK.
